Bohos bounce back to steal unlikely win over Strollers
posted: July 4, 2022

Old foes the Battersea Bohemians mounted an impressive fightback to seal an unlikely win at our expense yesterday on the main pitch at North London CC. Having posted an impressive 272-6 with fifties apiece for Abhik, Tim and Varun we felt confident of defending our total.

What we hadn't reckoned for was the form of that perennial thorn in our side Kyle Pittman who, since the not-so-sad demise of the Beamers, has become a semi regular for the Bohos and, despite our early breakthroughs, smashed his way to an incredible unbeaten 154, taking the oppo to victory with two overs to spare.
